Who We Are:
Restructuring Society Thru Education & Technology (ReSET), a 501c3 nonprofit, was formed in 2011 by Laurie Moncrieff. Following involvement with several manufacturing cluster projects beginning in 1999 and engagement with State and Federal officials advocating for manufacturing, small businesses, and skilled workforce training starting in 2000, a business model was developed. In 2016 Laurie implemented her model as Executive Director of DEFENSEWERX, and under her leadership grew the company from $4.8 MM to $54 MM in 3 years. Laurie will continue her efforts through ReSET to help Reset the USA..

- Build U.S. manufacturing capacity & capability to strengthen the industrial base.
- Promote cost effective design and manufacturing processes to accelerate innovation & technology
- Elevate the status of U.S. manufacturing
